About Us

We had the aha moment.
Now we help others have it too.

Two Wisconsin business owners who saw firsthand what AI can do for a business. Not the hype. The actual impact.

How We Got Here

AI clicked. Then we couldn't stop thinking about who else needed to see it.

In 2024, AI stopped being something we read about and started being something we used every day. The shift wasn't gradual. There was a moment where the possibilities became obvious and the question changed from "what can this do?" to "why isn't everyone doing this?"

That question is what started Eau Claire AI. The aha moment doesn't happen from reading an article or watching a demo. It happens in a conversation, when someone connects AI to a problem they've been living with for years. We want to be that conversation for Wisconsin businesses.

Our Promise

We'll never sell you something you don't need.

If AI isn't the right solution for your problem, we'll tell you that before you spend a dime. If it is, we'll show you the simplest way to make it work. The goal is always your outcome, not our invoice.

How we think about AI

Three principles that shape every conversation we have with a client.

01
Find the problem before you find the tool.

Most businesses don't need more technology. They need to identify the specific work that's slowing them down. We start there every time.

02
Don't automate something that's already broken.

AI makes things faster, not better. If a process has problems, automating it just creates faster problems. We fix the process first.

03
Honest when it's not the right fit.

AI isn't the answer to everything. If we don't see a real payoff for your business, we'll tell you that in the first conversation.

The people behind it

Two Wisconsinites who believe AI's biggest impact isn't in Silicon Valley. It's in the businesses that have been running without it.

Matthew Aebly
Co-Founder

Matt's background is in software and product operations, which means he spent years figuring out how technology solves real business problems before AI entered the picture. When it clicked for him in 2024, it wasn't a revelation about technology. It was a recognition of how many problems he'd already seen that AI could finally close.

T
Tyrone Luedtke
Co-Founder

Tyrone is the kind of person who has to understand how something works before he'll trust it. He sits with a business, learns how it actually operates, and doesn't stop asking questions until the picture is complete. That curiosity is what makes him effective. By the time he recommends something, he knows your operation well enough to know it'll actually work for you.
